Job Change
At level 10 you can complete a job quest to choose a new job.
Rogwels can choose between an offensive Weapon Master or defensive Defender.
Defenders are the only Rogwel job that can revive dead players.

Elerd players can choose between the fighter/mage Warrior or the Paladin that gets a Summon.

The Weapon Master and Warrior have special skills for Blunt weapons and Spears.
Defenders and Paladins only get Blunt weapon skills.

Fighters and Craftors are the only jobs that can wear Heavy armor.
Defenders and Paladins get access to an even better class of Heavy armor.

Racial Traits

Intro
In general, the resistances will not have a big effect.

Humans get lower merchant buy prices and an increased attack speed.
The Human racial ability is to remove one abnormal state.

Elfs get a 10% bonus when using potions and a decreased aggro range from monsters.
The Elf racial ability is a 20 second stealth that will allow you to run through mobs without aggro.

Poms get an increased MP and STA recovery when sitting.
STA is usally very slow to recover without using potions.
Poms can also use all items at a required level of -5.
Pom can always wear better equipment and use better weapons.

Taxzn Humans get lower merchant prices.
The Taxzn ability is a 30 second speed burst to either chase down or run away.

Lyells have an inherently higher run speed.
Lyells can also use a 60 second attack buff.

Luife and Taroon also have the higher run speed.
Luife and Taroon can temporarily increase their defense.
