Intro

The Carius and Disouther Labs are boss encounters located at Rope Isle.
You need Crom Citizenship and a Carius Permit to access the Carius lab.
You need Carius Fuel to summon the bosses.

The Carius Lab bosses drop materials for making level 81 Rare Accessories.

Crom Citizenship

Third-grade Citizenship
You need Third-grade citizenship to access the Carius Lab.
You need to collect 60 drops from two different areas.
You can talk to the Crom NPC at either town to get citizenship.

Carius Lab Permit

You need a Carius Permit and Carius Fuel to summon bosses at the Carius Lab.
Each Carius Permit is an upgrade of the previous permit and includes the access of the previous permit.
Carius Permit 3 will allow you to summon all three bosses.
Carius Permit 5 will allow you to summon all three bosses with a 10% fuel discount.
